Shipping & Delivery Policy

At RoadSoft Diesel, all products are delivered digitally. We do not ship physical goods.

Our products may include software access, download instructions, account details, licence/subscription access, and remote installation services.

Digital Delivery

After placing an order, you will receive the information needed to access or begin the delivery of your product. Depending on the product purchased, this may include:

  • Download instructions
  • Account or login details
  • Licence or subscription access
  • Installation instructions
  • A request to contact us for remote setup
  • Remote installation through AnyDesk or similar software

Some products may be delivered instantly or automatically. Others require manual setup, activation, or remote installation by a member of our team.

Delivery Time

We aim to deliver most orders instantly or within 24 hours.

However, some orders may take longer depending on:

  • Product type
  • Manual activation requirements
  • Customer availability
  • Remote installation scheduling
  • Time zone differences
  • Technical issues on the customer’s computer
  • Additional checks required before setup

To allow for these situations, please allow up to 1–3 business days for full delivery, setup, or installation.

Most orders are completed much faster than this.

Remote Installation

Some products require remote installation or setup. In these cases, we may ask you to install AnyDesk or similar remote access software and provide access to the computer where the software will be installed.

The delivery time for remote installation depends partly on your availability. If we contact you but you are unavailable, delivery may be delayed until a suitable time is arranged.

We are not responsible for delays caused by the customer being unavailable, providing incorrect information, using an unsupported device, or being unable to provide access to the required computer.

Customer Requirements

To avoid delays, please make sure:

  • You provide a correct email address and contact details.
  • You check your email inbox and spam/junk folder after ordering.
  • Your computer is powered on and connected to the internet for remote installation.
  • You are available to provide access if remote setup is required.
  • Your device meets the requirements for the product purchased.

If you are unsure whether your device is compatible, please contact us before purchasing.

No Physical Shipping

Because our products are digital, there are:

  • No physical parcels
  • No courier tracking numbers
  • No postal delivery fees
  • No customs or import charges

Any references to “shipping” on our website or checkout should be understood as digital delivery.

Incorrect Email or Contact Details

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate contact information at checkout.

If you enter the wrong email address or contact details, delivery may be delayed. Please contact us as soon as possible if you believe your details were entered incorrectly.

Failed Installation or Technical Issues

If there is a technical issue during delivery or installation, we will make reasonable attempts to resolve it.

If we are unable to supply, activate, or install the product as described, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy.

Business Hours & Response Times

We aim to respond and complete deliveries as quickly as possible, including outside standard business hours where available.

However, delivery and support times are not guaranteed outside normal operating availability, and delays may occur during busy periods, weekends, holidays, or where customer availability is limited.
